We assess the current culture of your organization. Do people feel they share common values and a common purpose? Do they feel they belong? Do they have opportunities to explore, learn and grow? And do they have a network that keeps them inspired? Based on an initial audit, we design a set of community principles and a plan to build creative incubation periods, moments of exploration, and a sense of play in your workday.

Collective Imagination
Being creatively burned out, by back-to-back meetings, as well as the pressure to constantly be productive, we clear off your calendar, rekindle your playful side and start imagining. In this workshop, we explore the value systems and conditions needed in designing a more regenerative and nourishing work-life. We spend this time together dreaming, learning, and discussing, and craft a vision for what a new way of working could look like. We build a foundation for your work as a team, community or organization. This program reignites creative energy, helps your team feel inspired and connected, or holds space to assess your team’s well-being.

In this two-part workshop, we hold space to reflect, share and connect. We assess the different dimensions of your employee’s work-lives, define their values and needs, explore what sparks creative energy, and prototype the conditions for a work-life that allows them to thrive.
